Fall begins a new construction season at Willys Overland Lofts

The offices for City Living Detroit are located on the first floor of the Willys Overland Lofts. Our agents have listed and sold several units in the building. We like to say we a pulse for what’s going on at the Willys Overland Lofts.

City Living Detroit agents were involved in two of the three sales in the building this summer. One of the sales was the model loft which sold for $223,900 a few weeks ago.

As we head into the fall, construction dust, hammering and drilling will be a welcomed by residents and City Living Detroit. Are you perplexed? What some may call inconvenience, we  see construction as progress towards getting new neighbors.

Construction began yesterday on two new units at the Willys Overland Lofts. Unit 402 will become the model unit for the building (until it is sold) and the other is unit 310 which will be a combined unit with over 2,000 sq ft, two balconies and a view of the downtown skyline.
